Who this is

I'm a 24-year-old investor based in Illinois. I've bought 85+ units, mostly distressed. I'm a top 3% real estate agent primarily through my own transactions. I don't buy at the top of the market — I buy what other people are walking past.

Why this exists

Most real estate content online is either aspirational or predatory. The operators who are actually doing deals are usually too busy to teach, and the people who teach loudly often haven't done the reps. I wanted a place that was different — clean, practical, and useful for both new and active investors.
